SMITH-WESTERN Consulting has completed their portion of the Nike Distribution Center at The Northridge Industrial Park, Memphis, TN.
May 2009 - TRINITY PARK SITE WORK BEINGS
Construction has begun on the 38 lot Trinity Park Subdivision for Habitat for Humanity Greater Memphis. The actual groundbreaking will take place on May 14, 2009. SMITH-WESTERN Consulting was hired by Habitat for Humanity to provide Development services for the project. When completed the project will provide affordable housing for 38 deserving families. The subdivision will include a community building for the subdivision's residents. The project will include curvilinear street design and open common areas for landscape.
